I’m finding this one tricky to write, to be totally honest with you. I am speechless after this show. With their dreamy melancholy vibes, Of Monsters And Men were outstanding, to say the least. Everything felt so elegant and dainty sounding but with hard-hitting lyrics.

The lighting and the sound made everything feel almost magical, especially hearing the crowd sing back to Of Monsters and Men. It was so beautiful and emotive. I haven’t listened to their new album but I will likely be listening to it a lot after tonight. Something about their music always rings true to me, always hitting home.
I actually cried during ‘Love, Love, Love’ as I remember my mum and I enjoying that song often in car journeys from their first album ‘My Head Is An Animal.’ I’m slightly surprised that they didn’t perform ‘Little Talks’ but not disappointed with the show at all. I wish I could say more about how powerful and sentimental this concert was to me. It did not fail to deliver.
I took a friend with me who was overjoyed with the show and the atmosphere the band brought to the stage. People had travelled from places such as Germany, Italy and across the UK to attend this Brighton show.
Honestly, it was a rollercoaster of emotions during this performance and I am grateful to have been there.
